Survey results

1) In June the British Government announced they would launch a national inquiry into the “grooming gangs” scandal, where predominantly Pakistani men engaged in the organised sexual exploitation and rape of under-age girls, with local authorities failing to react.

Would you support or oppose automatically deporting foreign nationals resident in the UK, who have been convicted of organised child sexual exploitation and rape?

  • Oppose: 3%
  • Don’t know: 19%

2) There are proposals that if someone convicted of organised child sexual exploitation and rape was a dual national (citizen of both the UK and another country), they should have their British citizenship revoked and then be deported.
