Find Out Now surveyed a representative sample of 7,081 GB adults (unweighted n = 6,926) in postcodes serviced by Netomnia for Headland Consultancy. Full questionnaire, results and data tables can be found below:

  • Nearly one in five broadband customers (19%) are currently Netomnia customers (YouFibre/BRSK)
    • Making Netomnia the second most popular provider, behind VM (27%) and ahead of Sky (16%)
  • Amongst respondents who has switched from VMO2, Netomnia was the most popular choice (26%), followed by Sky (23%) and BT (11%)
  • When asked why they left VMO2, three quarters of switchers to Netomnia (73%) cited VMO2’s “high prices” alongside “poor customer service” (29%) and “poor reliability” (29%)
  • Nearly two thirds of Netomnia customers (63%) oppose £2bn takeover by Virgin Media O2
  • Opposition rises to 72% among those who switched from Virgin Media O2
  • Four in five Netomnia customers fear price rises if the deal goes ahead
