Who’s England’s favourite goalkeeper? We asked more than 2,500 football fans on findoutnow.co.uk to find out. Our poll result shows Gordon Banks to be a crowd favourite by a large margin.

Gordon Banks leads the poll with 48% of votes, followed by Peter Shilton (21%), David Seaman (15%) and Ray Clemence (9%) who passed away at the weekend.

Active goalkeepers Joe Hart and Jordan Pickford fall at the bottom of the list who have 2% and 1% of votes respectively, with the latter in goal for England’s 2-0 defeat against Belgium on Sunday night in the UEFA Nations League.
