85 per cent of people complied with Christmas lockdown rules

Mail On Sunday commissioned a Find Out Now survey of over 42,308 people across the UK to find out how the UK population were responding to new Covid-19 restrictions over Christmas 2020.

A total of 21 questions were asked between the 19th and 26th of December 2020 and adjusted to national representative results, using Find Out Now’s proprietary sample optimising algorithm, without the need for weighting.

The Mail On Sunday published results showing that 85% of the UK complied with Christmas lockdown rules, and 73% agreed with the new restrictions, despite 34% having to change their plans.
